Your foundation is there, but the market has to work to see it. The pieces exist; they're not yet sharp or consistent enough for a stranger to place you fast.

An instant read on your market facing GTM.

The GTM Grader reads your public website the way a first time buyer would. It looks at your homepage and the key pages your navigation points to, then scores how clearly your go to market comes across, on three dimensions:

  • Audience Clarity. Can a stranger tell exactly who you're for?
  • Message Fit. Does your message name their problem, or just describe your product?
  • Competitive Clarity. Can they tell what you are and why you win?

No software to install, no tracking code, no proprietary data to enter. Just your URL. You get a score out of 100, a breakdown of what's clear, weak, or missing with the exact evidence pulled from your site, and the specific fix for each weak spot.

Frequently asked questions

What is the GTM Grader?

A free tool that reads your public website and grades how clearly your go to market comes across to a buyer. It scores who you're for, what you say, and why you win, out of 100, then gives you the specific fixes for your weak spots. It takes about 20 seconds and needs nothing but your URL.

What does the grade measure, and what does it not?

It measures how clearly your GTM foundation shows up to the market: who you're for, what you say, and where you win, read from your public buyer path. That is your visible foundation.

It does not measure whether enough qualified buyers are reaching you, whether your need feels urgent enough to act on, whether your offer is commercially viable, or where deals stall between attention and revenue. A strong visible foundation makes GTM performance more possible. It does not prove your GTM is producing pipeline or revenue. Those answers live in the parts a URL cannot see.

Why is your site's messaging important?

Your website is where most buyers first decide whether you're for them. If a stranger cannot quickly tell who you serve, what you do, and why you're different, they leave. And every dollar you then spend driving traffic only amplifies a message the market cannot place.

Methodorum's premise is simple: it's not broken, it's invisible. Most teams pour money into tools and sequences on top of a foundation nobody slowed down to build. Clear market facing messaging is the foundation that ads, outbound, and sales conversations all run on top of. Slow down to get it right, and everything downstream speeds up.

What about the parts of GTM the market can't see, like our ICP, personas, target lists, and outbound sequences?

The grader scores only what is public facing on your site, because that is what your market actually experiences. It does not grade your internal GTM machinery: how deeply you know your buyers, who sits on the buying committee, how you build target lists, or how you sequence outbound. A URL simply cannot see those things.

Make no mistake, though, that invisible layer is one of the most important parts of your GTM foundation. A strong public grade tells you the market can understand you. It does not tell you whether your targeting and outbound are working underneath. If you want to go deeper on the parts a URL cannot reach, that is exactly the work Methodorum builds with you. Explore the invisible layer.

How do you make your site GTM ready?

Make three things unmistakable to a first time visitor. One, exactly who you're for: a specific buyer and the situation they're in, not "modern teams." Two, a message that names the buyer's problem before it describes your product. Three, a clear, credible reason you win against the alternative they would otherwise choose.

This is the slow down to speed up work. Get the who, the what, and the why right before you pour money into tools and tactics. The grader shows which of the three is weakest, and what good looks like for each.

Who is it for?

B2B companies with a sales led motion, especially teams scaling outbound. It grades market facing GTM clarity, not SEO, site speed, or visual design. If the market cannot tell who you're for, this is the thing to fix before you spend more on tools and tactics.

Do I need to install anything or share private information?

No. Just your URL. No software, no tracking pixel, no logins, no CRM connection. The grader only reads what is already public on your site. It is the same view your market has.

How is the score calculated?

Three dimensions make up the 100 points: Audience Clarity (40), Message Fit (30), and Competitive Clarity (30). Within each, every check comes back Clear, Weak, or Missing, and each finding shows the exact line or element from your site that earned it, so nothing is a black box.

What do I get after the score?

A full breakdown of every check with the evidence from your site, the specific fix for each weak spot, and an honest read on what the grade cannot see. From there you can sharpen the foundation yourself, or go deeper into the invisible layer: the buyer knowledge and targeting a URL cannot reveal. See what comes after your score.
